Yesturday i have ordered pizzaa none of them where good to eat. All pizza were cold and clumsy looking like it was kept outside for a while and shared to the delivery partner with this type of service i wont buy again

I called Domino’s and ordered 2 pizzas. After 5 minutes, I wanted to cancel one of them. When I called the same number again, it didn’t connect to the store and took me to a chat process where there was no cancellation option. From there, I got the Govindpuram store number. I called the store, first a gentleman picked up and asked me to explain the issue to a lady. But the lady talked to me very rudely and said the order can’t be cancelled because it’s already in the oven. I requested again that I only need one pizza, but she cut the call on my face. After that, she didn’t pick up my calls. Later, they asked the delivery person to call me and he said the solution is to cancel the whole order and place a new one for one pizza. I said the lady could have told me the same, but instead she cut the call. The delivery guy said maybe she wasn’t feeling well. I didn’t expect such rude behaviour from Domino’s. They have staff who don’t even know how to talk properly.
