Very disappointing experience. I placed my order via the app while at the store due to a long queue, but my order was delayed—even though someone who ordered after me received their pizzas first. I had to remind the staff, and only then did they start preparing it, giving a poor excuse that online orders are prioritized later than in-store ones. The pizza was bland, the garlic bread was undercooked, and the outlet itself was quite unhygienic. Definitely needs improvement in both service and cleanliness.
