I went to have dinner right now and this lady from the staff asked me to order online so I was going to order online until my brother showed up and he said if you order online you have to give 35% extra. When we inquired about why do we order online, one of the staff members got confused and agreed to our point and then became avoidant. We left and they didn't say anything.

The experience is absolutely horrendous. We ordered from the app for takeaway and it said the order was ready to be picked up. I went in and asked an employee and she said it would take 20 mins more. The really don't care about giving out orders on time. Please do not order from this outlet as the experience and service was the absolute worst

Very bad experience.we did not receive our order which was ordered online. When we called them somebody picked the line and did not get back. Finally when we went there to the shop, we had so many arguments. And add to all the pizza which we ordered was very very bad.

If you place any order after 11pm they dont answer the phone number provided and the delivery guys do a trick with their app where it shows the driver on the way when in reality they havent even picked up the order. Today placed an order at 10.50 and its a total no show. Better to order from Cremeaux or any other pizza store. Horrible service!
