Even from the counter where you place your order, you can clearly see the staff handling food with bare hands—no gloves at all. It’s disappointing to see this level of hygiene at Domino’s. It really gives the impression of a street-side setup rather than an established brand that claims to care about quality and service.

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointed I recently visited Domino’s, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with pizza. The quality of the pizza was extremely poor — it didn’t taste fresh at all. On top of that, the service was terrible. There was no water in the washroom, which shows how badly the place is being maintained. Totally disappointed. Definitely not what you expect from a brand like Domino’s.

I had ordered a Farmhouse Medium Thin Crust Pizza, a Veg Tandoori Parcel, a Veg Tandoori Taco and a Coca Cola Zero Sugar Can from your store on 15th October, 2025 at 10:27 pm. My App showed that my order was delivered in 25 minutes under the 30 minutes guaranteed delivery, even before I got a call from the delivery boy. About 10 seconds later, the delivery boy called me saying that he is standing at the location. When I reached at my gate to pick the order, I couldn't find the guy anywhere. When I called him, I got to know that he is at some other wrong location, claiming that it was the actual location being displayed on his app interface. After wasting around 20 minutes of my valuable time, he finally reached the correct location only after I shared my live location with him on Whatsapp. When I asked him for my benefits for a late delivery, he initially denied it saying that he reached the correct location according to the app within the stipulated time. After my strict stance, he initiated the process. The guy was so clumsy that at first he gave me someone else's order along with it's bill. Again after wasting 3-4 minutes, he could finally find my correct order in his bag. When I asked for my physical payment receipt, he couldn't find it. After my insistense, he claimed that the bill might have fallen somewhere and nobody asks for a physical bill these days. My entire experience with Domino's was totally ruined because of this one man. He was highly ignorant, non-serious and absolutely unprofessional. As a female customer, I was literally compelled to wait at my gate, at 11pm in the night, on an absolutely empty lane for about 20 minutes just for this guy to reach the correct location. When I tried to raise my concern through Domino's app virtual assistant for my late delivery benefits, the app said I wasn't eligible for the same as my order was delivered within 25 minutes. When I tried calling the store, the call was always busy and never got connected. As a regular Domino's customer, I am highly disappointed with the kind of service I have received today. I am never ordering Pizza from this outlet ever again. Also, the apps' map navigation and grievance redressal system is quite trashy so I suggest, people in Gorakhpur shall prefer to order Pizza from some other place, using alternative platforms like Zomato and Swiggy.

Ordered online pizza and it was delivered after 1.5 hours. The pizza was cold and one of the box didn't have any packaging seal on it. The outlet is 1km from my place and it still took so much time to deliver the order. Really pathetic experience.
