You guys are seriously joking,what type of employee are you hiring, when employees are not attentive at the counter in ansal corporate plaza when there is no crowd, every person of you is busy with the chit chat with the another one and no one is taking the responsibility to bill a order. I am really too upset with your service, I believe by the time DOMINOS don't have time to provide service

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order placed on [date & time: 11:58 PM, yesterday]. I had ordered a Tandoori Chicken Taco and a Zingy Parcel. When the order was delivered, my husband and I took a bite only to realize that there was absolutely no filling inside. Upon checking further, we found that the taco only contained sauce and nothing else. This is completely unacceptable. I immediately raised a complaint through the Swiggy app, but the response I received was highly unsatisfactory. I was told that the feedback has been shared with the restaurant, but there has been: • No refund for the ₹400 I paid. • No callback or resolution regarding my complaint. I feel extremely cheated and disappointed by this experience. If it had not been midnight, I would have gone back to the store personally to show the quality of food delivered. I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and issue a full refund at the earliest. Failing to receive a proper resolution, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including posting my complaint publicly on social media with pictures of the order received. Looking forward to your immediate response.

I went to get some pizza and the cashier was very rude first she didn't pay me attention secondly when I asked her to take my order she said order it from mobile application I told her that I don't use app but she totally ignored,, very disgusting behaviour,, i never go to dominos again

Delivered uncooked pizza and then the manager have the audacity and attitude that I don’t have time …. Worst place … Please order from somewhere else not from this branch ansal corporation
