Bad experience, I have ordered a pizza from their app,which I didn't receive after that I have called them many times to return my amount which they didn't gave. its have been two months I have been calling them but not got my refund

Pathetic!! carry your own bag, or else they would charge Rs. 15 extra. Also, they have no cash, in case the UPI is down for some reason, you will be left helpless. Ketchup cost is extra. Also the lady at the reception doesn't know how to treat customers. Would not recommend it at all.

The way they shows that they deliver their orders in 30-45 minutes it’s all fake my small brother is hungry and they haven’t delivered my order and it’s almost 1:30 minutes I haven’t received

I had such a worst experience there...my account got debited but the payment was still failed and they said they will refund within 7 days ...I ordered on 16th September it's 1st October and still the issue is not resolved...Is this is how you run business...had such high hopes from you all ...so much disappointed..

The whole place is so nicely located. But it is I’ll maintained and also AC is leaking . And ceilings are faded and dark .. no proper lighting . Chairs and table are totally worn out . The surrounding is not cleaned and approach from road is broken. The portion of see through to kitchen was broken . People without 🧤 gloves and head cap were working inside .. even in casual cloths persons were taking orders .. the delivery boys directly going inside the kitchen .. overall there was no management .. and a trusted brand having such a pathetic output … needs lot of improvement .. people concerned please act
