Pathetic staff at this store. They guarantee 30 minutes delivery but it has been more than 2 hours, my order has't reached me.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with this store. I placed an order at **5:15 PM on 28th October 2025 (Order No. 58)** and over an hour later, it still showed *“Getting baked.”* When I called the store for an update, the person who answered was **rude, careless, and shockingly unprofessional**. Instead of addressing my concern, he kept insisting that I should either *cancel the order or just keep waiting*. His tone was dismissive, as if he was doing me a favour by even talking. When I asked why the delay was happening, his response left me stunned — he said, *“Chatth Puja ke vajah se hamara delivery boy kho gaya hai.”* I repeated it, thinking I heard wrong, but he confidently replied that the **delivery boy has been lost**! To make it worse, he added that the *entire delivery team is Bihari* and that’s why this has happened. This kind of **language, attitude, and bias** is absolutely disgraceful. For a brand as big as **Domino’s**, having staff who speak like this to customers is a **direct insult to the company’s standards**. Not only did I not get my food, I was made to listen to senseless excuses and discriminatory remarks. If Domino’s is serious about its reputation, it should immediately investigate how such behaviour is tolerated at its outlets. This isn’t just poor service — it’s **a complete failure of professionalism, ethics, and respect for the brand your customers.

Absolutely pathetic staff at domino’s. Tapas Naru & Subhankar yelled and shouted and abused. Pathetic service. The box had dropped on the road, all torn, and pizza was all messed as accepted by delivery person. Even then these store people yelled and abused. Pathetic pathetic service by hospitality industry. Never visit this branch.
