Manager here is bit rude, taking on the wait time as he got plenty orders. He could have clamily conveyed the same to the customers. No hate but they should respect every customer even the customer do not order. At the opening they didn't have devices to take orders,they asked customers to place orders, which customers did. Now this point is little busy and am not sure it gave them the liberty to be rude. Which is very wrong. We have to forcefully place an order so that we can enjoy it our office premises instaed of visiting the restaurant

I would give zero stars to customer sevice if I could. The casheir is standing and gossiping on the phone but not taking the order. He rudely asked me to place the order online while chatting over there with somebody over his phone. If I wanted to order it online I would have done it while sitting in the car without getting into the restaurant. The customer experience was absolute trash. I walked away without placing an order. I don't know how many such customers you might be losing on a daily basis.
