My calls went unanswered, and when the delivery agent finally contacted me, I requested to cancel the order due to the long wait. The order was later marked as delivered without any actual delivery. When I visited the shop to address this issue, I was informed that there was no refund option available and was suggested to place a new order, which I declined. This experience has left me with a profound lack of trust in your service.
