The worst service i have ever received. I ordered my pizza at 7.48 pm at it was delivered at 9.50 pm obviously it was not hot and fiery. I tried to call domino's tarnaka, Hyderabad. Nobody was bothered to pickup the call, not even the delivery partner. The Swiggy customer service was a cherry on the cake, while I was on a call with agent, she was like can you wait till I connect with the delivery partner and the restaurant. I waited for almost 15 mins then the agent was like, I am unable to contact anybody. So I asked for cancelation and refund, the agent is like it's not in a our policy. When I asked her that domino's claims to pay you back if it not delivered in 30 mins so she was like we are not liable for this swingy doesn't refund for any delay.. you just wait to get your order delivered and disconnected the call without providing any solution for the delayed delivery. After this I was still waiting it was showing 11 mins to deliver the order, I tried to chat with another agent named Sabrina, she was like your order is on the way, we cannot take you issue cause we are busy with other chat. This people are working for so called customer service or satisfaction. Now coming to delivery partner, after roaming here n there he arrived at almost 10 pm l, when I asked him for the delayed delivery he was like restaurant didn't prepared your order on time. Like wow, it was like I have made a biggest mistake of my life that I order domino's pizza that too through swiggy that claimed to deliver my order within 30 to 45 mins that to from the distance of 2 kms. OMG that's so annoying. I will never ever going to deliver any order from swiggy and domino's in future..
