I am giving one star coz there is no zero star 1. “2 hours for 2.4 km? Even Hyderabad traffic moves faster than Domino’s delivery.” 2. “By the time my pizza came, the cheese turned into paneer and the crust into rusk.” 3. “Forget 30 minutes or free — in Hyderabad it’s 2 hours or fossilized.” 4. “Should’ve walked to the store, made the pizza myself, and still been quicker.” 5. “Domino’s invented a new delivery model: slow food, late mood.”

Apart from food taste and hygiene. 40 minutes to 1 hour waiting period is very much annoying, literally my appetite was dead. Dominos pizza Kushaiguda management has to sort out this or else walkable distance pizza hurt grabbing all clients who disappointed and walk away from the store. If this continues store will be wind up soon, because employees either satisfied with over work load.

I had a terrible experience with Domino’s Pizza, Kushaiguda branch. I placed an order through Zomato, but they didn’t even acknowledge it. After waiting for over an hour, I tried calling the store multiple times, but they either didn’t answer or kept disconnecting the call. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service — I finally had to cancel my order.
