This is the second time I am writing a negative feedback for Domino’s – Nagarjuna Nagar Colony, and unfortunately the situation has gone from bad to worse. First, my order was delivered after the promised time, and the delivery person asked for the OTP in advance, which is a clear scam. They marked the order as delivered even though the pizza reached my home after more than one hour, and the pizza boxes were already opened. As per Domino’s policy, the order should have been refunded, and I was assured the same. Now comes the bigger fraud. After I posted my first complaint, the outlet manager and operations team started calling me, repeatedly assuring that the refund will be initiated. It has been several days, and no refund has been processed till now. They are only giving false assurances. What is even more shocking is that the numbers from which they call are fake or unreachable. When I try to call back, the numbers do not connect at all. This clearly shows how unprofessional and fraudulent this outlet is. So now, they have: My money My pizza And they are not taking any responsibility This outlet is cheating customers openly. Please understand that there are many pizza outlets available, but DO NOT ORDER FROM DOMINO’S NAGARJUNA NAGAR COLONY. You will fall into a trap where: OTP is misused Orders are falsely marked delivered Refunds are promised but never initiated Managers give fake assurances Calls come from unreachable/fake numbers I strongly warn everyone: Do not waste your money here. Order from any other outlet, but avoid this one completely. This place is running on fraud, false promises, and customer harassment.

Extremely Disappointing & Fraudulent Experience – Domino’s Nagarjuna Nagar I am writing this feedback to warn other customers about the fraudulent practices happening at the Domino’s Pizza outlet in Nagarjuna Nagar. What I experienced was nothing short of a scam, and it seems to be systematic and intentional, involving the delivery staff and the manager as well. I placed an order with the understanding of Domino’s well-known policy: if the pizza is not delivered within 30 minutes, it is free. However, the delivery executive called me before reaching my location and demanded the OTP in advance. Trusting that he was nearby, I shared the OTP. Shockingly, he marked the order as delivered without actually delivering the pizza, clearly to manipulate the delivery time and bypass the 30-minute guarantee. The reality is that the delivery executive arrived after more than one hour, completely violating the policy. To make matters worse, the pizza boxes were already open, raising serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. At that time, I was assured that a refund would be processed within 24 hours. It has now been five days, and there has been no refund, no follow-up, no communication whatsoever. Repeated attempts to contact the store have been useless. The manager is fully aware of the issue, yet no action has been taken, which strongly suggests that this practice is encouraged or at least tolerated by the management. This outlet appears to be deliberately cheating customers by: Collecting OTPs before delivery Falsely marking orders as delivered Violating the 30-minute guarantee Delivering late with opened boxes Making false refund promises I strongly advise everyone: DO NOT ORDER from the Domino’s Nagarjuna Nagar branch. This outlet cannot be trusted and is damaging the brand’s reputation through unethical and dishonest practices. I expect immediate action, a refund, and strict disciplinary measures against the staff and management involved.

Ordered from them through Swiggy and they delivered after 3 hours with missing items and dead cold pizza which cannot be eaten.My kids had to starve until 11:30 pm to receive such useless bad hard pizza
