I had the same experience as other customer. I paid and dominoes says they will deliver the food but took Money and NEVER DELIVERED IT. I ORDERED FROM SWIGGY. SWIGGY SAYS the delivery person couldn't reach to me. I told them Swiggy person can easily come up and deliver. Now that deliver person says I didn't respond. But infact he never called and Swiggy and dominoes both are playing games and not responding or refunding. VERY BIG FRAUDSTERS.

Very rude and arrogant staff with no knowledge in their work. The atmosphere is unclean and the staff doesn’t even have basic etiquette while responding to customers.

The most worst experience ever, no hygiene nor the staff service is good, it’s nothing worth for money, staff is very rude and especially the way of greeting or explaining things. Staff laughs and talks very loudly than customers here, Nothing felt right when I was here.

I had ordered 2 pizzas and tacos from Swiggy (Dominos), but the delivery was only from Dominos (not from a Swiggy delivery person). The delivery partner did not have enough knowledge about finding the address. He called and asked for the location, but when he couldn't find the address, he marked the order as delivered. After several phone calls, he delivered the order an hour late, and all the food was cold. I recommend that everyone avoid ordering any pizza or anything else from Domino's (Puppalaguda location). The worst service ever 😒
