Really disappointed with this one. The tomato pieces were huge and soggy, mushrooms were overcooked and rubbery, and the overall quality looked terrible for the price. Definitely not the kind of freshness or taste you expect from Domino’s. On top of that, the Tolichowki Domino’s store is one of the most pathetic outlets in Hyderabad. They always disappoint with bad quality, and when I called the branch to report the issue, the staff casually told me “don’t order from our store.” Such cheap and unprofessional behaviour! Totally unacceptable experience — Domino’s should seriously look into this store’s service and quantity standard

Have ordered my pizza for like 1 and a half hour and it's still showing me 13 mins for last 45 mins. You have to atleast pick calls if we're trying to reach and give status on our order.

Their 30 minutes' delivery is a scam. It took them an hour to deliver my order. There is no way to complain to them either. The app just doesn't provide an option to do so. I called their customer support to log a complain, but didn't receive an acknowledgement about it.
