Have ordered my pizza for like 1 and a half hour and it's still showing me 13 mins for last 45 mins. You have to atleast pick calls if we're trying to reach and give status on our order.

Their 30 minutes' delivery is a scam. It took them an hour to deliver my order. There is no way to complain to them either. The app just doesn't provide an option to do so. I called their customer support to log a complain, but didn't receive an acknowledgement about it.

Ordered Pizza, didnt deliver. Called to their number which no one picks. they deliver after 2-3 hours whenever they wish or cancel order. Happening to me 3rd time.

Ordered on Zomato but it delivered unhygienic

Very bad experience. Did not receive delivery even after 2 hours and not picking up calls. I went to store and asked and staff is blaming delivery guy and the delivery guy is blaming staff. Manager is not in store. No one in the kitchen is using hand gloves.
