This was the worst experience I have ever had at Domino’s. The pizza was completely burnt and turned black. The chicken toppings were over-roasted, the Burger Pizza was also burnt, and even the garlic bread was spoiled due to extra roasting. The food was not edible at all. When we complained, the staff simply said “everywhere it is same”, which is absolutely unacceptable. I have visited many Domino’s outlets, but I have never seen such poor quality food anywhere. Also, the seating arrangement is on the 1st floor, while the order pickup is on the ground floor where there is no proper place to sit or even wait. Really inconvenient and badly managed. Very disappointing service and quality. Please avoid this outlet — total waste of money!

I ordered for a sourdough pizza at 2:16pm but it's almost an hour now. No sign of the pizza, no delivery and no answer at the store phone. Talk about 30mins guaranteed delivery. This is super fail. Also, the store service is also equally pathetic. The staff is not helpful at all.

Worst experience! No quality, no quantity total waste of money. Pizza was bad, chicken tasteless, and even the beverages were disappointing. Not worth it at all!
