A few days ago, I placed orders for pizzas from Domino’s using different IDs on both Swiggy and Zomato. Unfortunately, the quality of the food delivered was shockingly poor. The pizzas were in such bad condition that I had to throw them away. Here are the major issues I faced: The crust was extremely hard and still uncooked from the inside. I had ordered Fresh Pan Pizzas, yet I was delivered Hand Tossed pizzas with just a “Fresh Pan” label attached. The toppings were stale, unevenly spread, and looked carelessly prepared. The cheese was barely used—just enough to garnish but not enough for proper topping. Is this the quality we should expect from a global brand like Domino’s? As customers, we pay for good food, not something that ends up in the garbage. To make matters worse, when I tried to raise this issue with Swiggy and Zomato customer support, their AI bots simply apologized and redirected me to file a complaint through email, offering no real help.

Everything was pathetic- pizzas were cold and cold drink bottle was hot…. And the staff they are not bothered about it… they’re just doing time pass…. Tables were full of leftover food and boxes… not maintaining basics….😬 they need training at least on how to handle customers. AC was not working. No Manager available… worst experience.

They are making fool they didn't get the calls and order tracking is not supported always on VRS call tech suppor. I request that please don't order from here. I faced too much time that kind of problem of this Store.
