The food of domino’s is good as it usually is but the major problem is the 30 minute guarantee scheme. My order has been twice late and on both orders I didn’t receive any refund in my domino’s wallet. In the last order the delivery person was very rude. He was manipulative. This is not the way to do business. If you can’t uphold your side of bargain why even do it. I am considering starting legal action in consumer forum. After all that is why we even are given right’s as consumers. But let this be a warning for domino’s and all other customers.

🚨🚨DO NOT visit this Domino’s outlet — strongly urging customers to avoid this place⚠️⛔🚷 This Domino’s outlet seriously needs immediate attention. Basic food safety and hygiene standards are not followed—staff handle food without gloves, hair nets, or any proper sanitation practices. When I raised it, the manager gave an unacceptable response saying “there is no corona,” showing zero awareness of hygiene rules. The store infrastructure is poorly maintained, cleanliness is bad, and the environment does not feel safe for food preparation. Delivery staff are also rude and often refuse doorstep delivery, which is unprofessional. This outlet urgently needs a full audit, quality check, and strict action from Domino’s management.

We had a worst experience in home deliver orders. The delivery boy rejecting to deliver pizza on time. After taking this complaint to store. The store manager(a lady) no sense of talking with customer. The delivery boy behaving like he owns the store and There is no quality to the store. Pizza is cooked by local peoples with no handgloves and not sure they are dominos employee or what. I didnt see they wear uniforms. Staff has no sense of behaviour with customers. The interior is also very old and looks like there is no maintenance.
