Dirty tables, unresponsive staff, and no proper management. Customers were waiting but staff didn’t even reply. Very disappointing experience at Domino’s Alankar Plaza — hygiene and service need urgent improvement.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this outlet. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and even refused to provide the complaint book when requested. Sanitation was severely lacking—garbage was overflowing, there was no drinking water available, and flies were sitting on the tables. To make matters worse, it was clear that the staff themselves were unhappy, citing issues with management and the lack of even basic facilities. I had planned to treat my family to a pleasant meal at Domino’s, but instead, we were left shocked and dissatisfied. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Domino’s outlet. Immediate attention and corrective action are needed.
