To the owners and management – you should be ashamed. I had one of the most disturbing experiences of my life at your establishment. I placed an order, and without reason, it was cancelled under the pathetic excuse of “maintenance.” When I calmly asked why, your staff didn’t just get rude — they got aggressive. One of them started threatening me, and soon after, a group of your employees came out like thugs, surrounded me, and tried to physically intimidate me. Let me make this clear — this is not a restaurant; it’s a place run by street-level bullies. I had to walk away for my own safety, but don’t think this will be forgotten. If you think customers can be treated like this, you’re deeply mistaken. To anyone reading this: stay away if you care about your safety. You’ve been warned.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. I was denied my order with the excuse that maintenance work was ongoing. When I asked for clarification, one of their staff members responded in an extremely rude and aggressive manner, even going so far as to threaten a physical altercation and forcefully asked me to leave. This kind of unprofessional and intimidating behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the establishment.
