Dear Domino’s Customer Support Team, I am writing to bring to your attention the consistently poor service I have experienced at your Kanchipuram outlet. Today (January 5, 2026), I visited the store between 2:45 PM and 2:50 PM. This is my third visit to this specific branch, and unfortunately, the experience remains the same. Every time I visit, the staff informs me that the pizzas I request are unavailable. Specifically, the "99 Combo" is never available when I ask for it. Furthermore, the behavior and response of the staff members are highly unprofessional and dismissive. They do not provide any valid reasons or proper assistance to customers. It is extremely frustrating to visit a reputed brand like Domino’s three times in a row and return disappointed due to a lack of stock and poor hospitality. I request you to investigate this matter immediately and take necessary action against the management of the Kanchipuram outlet to ensure this does not happen to other customers. I ordered pizza at 11.50 pm and it's time 1.20 and I still not received yet ... Worst service and in my last order I didn't recieve an item and when I reported it the didn't take any action... Worst experience ...

Worst in delivery we wait more than one hour for that order. We called the delivery person which provided by the Domino's app. The guy told us wrong number.
