This is honestly the most unprofessional and fraudulent experience I’ve had with Domino’s. It seems like this particular outlet is running a scam on prepaid orders. Domino’s seriously needs to take action against such behavior.

Placed a prepaid order from Domino’s and the app conveniently showed it as delivered even though I never received it! After calling the delivery guy and the outlet multiple times, they had the audacity to ask me to come and pick it up and pay again! This is absolutely ridiculous — feels like a scam this particular outlet is running on prepaid orders. Domino’s, if this is how you treat paying customers, you’ve completely lost my trust. Beware everyone — order at your own risk, because your prepaid money might just vanish without food ever reaching you!
