I ordered tacos and pizza from Domino’s Kapurthala via Swiggy at 7:39 PM, and the food was delivered only at 10:10 PM — after more than 4 hours of delay for a restaurant barely 5 minutes away from my house. Throughout the delay, both Domino’s and Swiggy gave false information. They first marked the order as delivered to another address, when the rider hadn’t even moved. When I confronted them, they changed their story saying he couldn’t find the house — a complete lie, because I had already shared live location and voice directions through the app. Even after so much mismanagement, they refused to cancel the order and instead made us wait for hours, only to send cold, soggy, and stale food at 10:10 PM. What hurt the most — it was Bhai Dooj, and my 7-year-old brother was waiting the entire evening for his favorite pizza, only to sleep hungry and disappointed because of this careless restaurant. This level of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and poor service is unacceptable. Domino’s Kapurthala should be ashamed of ruining a family occasion and showing zero respect for customers’ time, trust, and emotions. If you value your time or special moments — avoid this outlet completely.

they don't care about their customers . I placed a prepaid order and then they are not even picking the call and its been more than 1 hr since i placed order

I ordered many times from their apps in kapurthala . Taste always changes of same pizza. 40% tasty and 60% i received no taste with hard base . But they don't respond on dominos app. They don't give damn about feedback . Now 1st time in am saying this on Google review so everyone can understand their current situation. Worst staff ever dominos got.

I ordered a pizza from dominos by zomato app but dominos called me and said we deliver your order not zomato and u have to come 3km away from from place because we can't deliver at your place and i said cancel my order that said we are not sure that u will get your refund and the staff as so rude and said we cancelled the order already and I called zomato customer service that said dominos kapurthala didn't cancel your order even after 30mints such a scam by dominos kapurthala don't order pizza from dominos kapurthala
