I had a disappointing experience at Domino’s Kharagpur. The staff were not wearing gloves while preparing pizzas, which raised hygiene concerns. The washroom was not clean, and the wash basin was placed right in front of the toilet seat, which didn’t feel hygienic. Unlike other Domino’s outlets, they didn’t provide chilli flakes, oregano, or tissue paper with the dine-in order—only the pizza. The staff were decent in their behavior, but overall cleanliness and service quality need improvement. Another concern is that they took my phone to check my order history, and later I noticed that they had given a rating for my order from my phone without my consent. In comparison, Domino’s Midnapore maintains much better hygiene, staff behavior, and customer service.
