I am writing to express my disappointment with my Domino's order from yesterday. • The delivery was significantly late, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering for a specific time. • Because of the delay, the pizza arrived cold and was not enjoyable to eat. A cold pizza is not the quality I expect from Domino's. The main reason for ordering delivery is convenience and receiving hot food. This experience failed on both counts. I hope the store management addresses their delivery timeliness to ensure customers receive their orders hot and fresh, as they should be.
