I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order. I placed an order for one pizza with an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes. However, after an hour, the order had not arrived. Upon contacting the outlet, I was informed that I would need to pick up the order from the store. I arrived at the store at approximately 7:30 PM to collect my order. When inquiring about payment methods, I was advised that UPI and card options were unavailable and was asked to transfer the payment to a personal account. I declined this request and was subsequently made to wait an additional 30 minutes for payment processing. Ultimately, I paid in cash. The food was delivered One and a half hours after the promised 30-minute delivery window. Furthermore, the food was cold and unsuitable for consumption upon receipt. I kindly request that you take the necessary steps to improve your customer service.

Ordered from here on Swiggy. They said 25 minutes, but food came after almost 2 hours. When I called, they were rude. Food was cold and not good to eat. Lost about ₹1000. Very bad experience.

More than an hour since i orderd a pizza.. still showing 9 min to deliver from an hour.. and their support Chat - we will get back to you in 24hrs.. oh and their so called live chat support is also AI Phone - will redirect you to chat support which is AI No one answering phone in store No option to cancel order.. and when you try to cancel order , they gaslight customers saying because of you there is food wastage.. not because they deliver lunch at dinner time.. These guys are surviving in India bcoz we put up with this nonsense.. boycott this..

The pizza was as expected in a slightly shabby restaurant. We tried to order at the (very quiet) counter. We were told we had to order online. We wandered around outside for a while trying to do that but with an overseas phone number it wasn't possible. Went back to the counter to find a staff change. Helpful young lady took our order. We ate too much but that's not their fault!
