I recently visited this outlet and was very disappointed with the experience. The store was empty when we arrived, yet we were told our order would be taken after 10 minutes. Even after waiting, when we tried to place the order, the staff mentioned it would take another 25–30 minutes to serve. This felt very unprofessional, especially since we were initially assured that the order would be taken shortly. On top of that, the tables were not clean and the staff’s attitude came across as arrogant rather than helpful. Cleanliness and customer service are basic expectations, and unfortunately, both were missing here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service, staff training, and hygiene so that future customers have a much better experience. I specifically visited your physical location to avoid the wait times associated with delivery apps. However, despite the store being completely empty, I was informed that my order would be delayed by 25 minutes. While delays can sometimes occur, the staff's response was the true disappointment. They were unapologetic, and frankly rude while communicating this issue

I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. The staff was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. When I asked for Pizza Mania options, they bluntly said they were not available. On top of that, they tried to force me into buying the large Coke bottle, saying the small ones were not available – even though I could clearly see small bottles kept right in their refrigerator. This kind of attitude and misleading behavior is not expected from a brand like Domino’s. Customers deserve honesty and respect, not arrogance and upselling tactics. Very unprofessional experience.
