My order was delivered very late as the delivery executive kept roaming around my location. I called Domino’s Serampore to report this, but the staff member who answered the call was rude, used abusive language, and disconnected the call. The pizza was delivered completely cold, tasteless, and did not match the image shown on the app. The quality was extremely poor.

Very slow... Approx 30 mint waiting time at store. They give more priority to online delivery boys.

My son's favourite food destination.But that's not the only reason.After coming across many Domino's Counters I have discovered that the quality or taste differs ( slightly but decipherable). In this respect the Domino's Pizza Counter at Talpukur, Barrackpore (on BT Road) is by far the best. As an add on utility there's an attached bathroom.
