I have been experiencing consistently poor service for the last 3 to 4 orders. Every time, the delivery is delayed with repeated excuses such as heavy traffic or a high volume of orders. The delay is not minor—each delivery has taken more than one hour to arrive. Despite waiting for so long, the pizza still arrives cold. Overall, the delivery service has been extremely disappointing. Other Domino’s outlets provide much better service, without any doubt.

I ordered a paneer tikka makhani and fiery corn garlic breads, but they sent me a normal classic corn and plain paneer tikka garlic bread instead. The delivery guy was an hour late, yet he refused to give it for free even though it's in their policy!

one particular male staff is absolutely rude here, its like he is serving out of mercy, this behaviour is unacceptable. I have been to domino’s all over india since I was 12 but never seen such rude staff.
