I have been eating Domino's for a very long time, and much to my displeasure it has become incredibly shitty now. The screens are not working sometimes, the lighting is off. That aside, the food is not any better, the pizzas are cut either badly or unevenly, there is too much bread and too little sauces and cheese and in my Big Big 6 in 1 Veg Pizza this is the piece side on the corners. The price is very premium but the bar for taste is too low, it tastes like cardboard. I do not know if it is a Domino's policy to give less sauce and cheese or it is this outler specifically but this needs to be worked on. Another thing to add is that the food os too greasy, now fast food is not supposedly healthy but the cheese has too much grease to the point it ruins the taste and is heart-choking. This needs to be addressed because the experience is unacceptable for the price.

My Previously experience with dominos was very good. But yesterday the delivery boy (Vivek Jha) was 500 meter way from my delivery location. He called me and said come to my place and get the order, I was disagree and said please come to my proper delivery location. He rudely said I don't want to go your location, If you don't want to come then we will cancel the order. After some time they really cancel the order. Which types of behaviour it's? Why dominos allowed this type of delivery boy who can't respect customers? I am very disappointed with your service. 😞

They are significantly requcing quality day by day now you can get better pizzas at any other places

I have been coming to this place for the past 6 years, and over time I have noticed many changes in the store. Today, I felt compelled to write this review to bring certain issues to the company’s attention. I ordered one Farmhouse, one Veg Extravaganza, and a Coke. Unfortunately, we had to wait 40–45 minutes for our order, despite only a few customers being ahead of us. During this time, it was clear that the staff was primarily focused on fulfilling outdoor deliveries, while dine-in customers were left waiting. To add to this, the dining area was not cleaned properly even after multiple requests. When the pizzas finally arrived, the quality was disappointing. The toppings were not fresh and certainly not up to the mark. If a customer is paying ₹300 per pizza, the least one can expect is freshness and quality. I sincerely request Domino’s to look into this matter and work on maintaining the standards and dignity the brand is known for.
