Everything was good. The food , very good but the service was not that good. I accept it was late at night but I ordered extra cheese on crust which they took an extra 75 rupees but they did not give it. But other than this everything thing was up to the notch👌

I ordered two pizzas with a guaranteed 30‑minute delivery promise. However, the delivery person arrived after 30 minutes. The pizza was paid for, but I was told I’d get a refund in my app wallet—which I haven’t received yet. They also promised a discount on my next order next week, but it never arrived. It’s unfair to advertise “30‑minute delivery guaranteed” when neither the guarantee nor the promised compensation is honored. At the very least, they should fulfill what they’ve promised, or stop advertising it.

Manager employed on 8th June 2025 night needs to learn basics. A very irresponsible and a disgusted character. Ugly experience. Ordered from the outlet. The outlet Called up 45 mins later telling to cancel it. When asked to cancel it from their end they didnt respond. Hr passed he kept cancelling the calls. Had to visit the outlet late night to get the refund after an ugly experience even in the outlet . Dominos authority kindly take a note and find a replacement for the betterment of the outlet.

The ambience is good and so the food. On the spot pizza experience is very good. They should fix the sound of ac while opening the door.
