Visited this Domino’s outlet today with my kids, expecting a simple and pleasant meal. We are regular Domino’s customers and have always trusted the brand for both food quality and customer service. Unfortunately, today’s experience at this store was by far the worst we’ve ever had. My kids were unable to finish the pizza, so I politely requested the counter staff to help pack the remaining slices. To my surprise, the staff member bluntly told me that they do not provide carry packs and that I would have to follow their “rules.” This response was confusing and unreasonable, especially since packing leftovers is a basic and common service in most food outlets. What made the situation worse was that we hadn’t even received a proper full pizza box in the first place. The pizza was served in a half box without a cover. Despite this inconvenience, we didn’t argue or complain at that moment and tried to enjoy our meal peacefully. However, when we calmly asked again for a box—only to safely take the leftover food home—we were met with complete rigidity and zero empathy. There was no effort to help, no explanation offered politely, and no attempt to resolve the situation. Instead of assisting a family with kids, the staff kept repeating “rules” without any concern for customer experience. In the end, I had no option but to fold the same half box myself just to carry the remaining pizza. This was embarrassing, inconvenient, and completely avoidable. Such behaviour reflects very poor customer handling and lack of basic hospitality. This experience seriously raises concerns about how this outlet treats its customers, especially families. Domino’s is a brand known for consistency and customer satisfaction, but this particular store clearly fails to uphold those standards. I sincerely hope the management reviews the behaviour of the staff and improves basic customer service practices.
