Would have given negative rating if available, placed an order through zomato at 7:44 it's 8:40 and still there is a delay of never ending 10 minutes, no response from the outlet, no contact person, no contact no available, just pathetic outlet

Probably the worst dominos location you can visit in howrah if you want to ruin your mood completely it's worth a try .

Placed my order on 03/08/2025 at 7:53 PM, received it at 9:17 PM — a delay of 1 hour 24 minutes for a pizza! The food arrived cold, completely ruining our dinner. When I raised the issue, customer support said 45–50 minutes is “normal,” but apparently 1 hour 24 minutes is also acceptable to them. This is not grocery delivery — it’s food, and timely delivery is the basic expectation. This isn’t my first delayed order from this outlet — I’ve ignored such issues in the past, but this time it’s enough. The delivery person was not at fault; the delay is due to poor store management, slow kitchen service, and a broken order-handling system. We paid ₹383.31 for a hot, timely meal and got neither. Domino’s refused to give a full refund and only offered a discount for a future order — which is basically asking us to trust them again after repeated failures. Very poor service. Definitely not ordering again from this outlet until they fix their operations.
