1/5 Star Review: Unauthorized Order Changes, Dishonesty, and Aggressive Staff Behavior Outlet: Domino's Kanchrapara Date of Visit: 08/11/25 afternoon 4.17[invoice number 63810/25/29868] I am writing this review following an extremely upsetting and disappointing experience at the Kanchrapara outlet. I ordered two pizzas and was forced to deal with a salesperson who not only actively changed my order but then became dishonest and non-polite when confronted. The Incident: I clearly and repeatedly stated that my order was only for two pizzas. Despite confirming this, the salesperson intentionally added a Coke to my bill. When I pointed out this unauthorized addition, she immediately became defensive and outright lied, claiming I had ordered it. Her behavior was aggressive, highly unprofessional, and completely lacking in politeness. Pattern of Deception: I noticed that this appears to be a pattern of misconduct at this outlet. Right before me, another customer was actively arguing with the same salesperson regarding their order being changed in a similar manner. Furthermore, despite me being a woman ordering in person, the salesperson entered the order under the name "Mr. Rishi," which shows a profound lack of attention and respect. This is not a mistake; it is deliberate misconduct intended to inflate the bill. The aggressive attitude and dishonesty of this specific salesperson are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the entire brand. I am extremely upset with this service.
