I had ordered pizza through Swiggy. After 40 mins of waiting i had to call the store and the manager simply said there are no delivery guys it will take another 20-25 mins. I asked them why did they not inform right after I had placed the order. He told me I will get Fresh order and discount, I shouldn’t not worry. Then he said he will arrange some one to deliver. Now another person calls us and asks us to go to get the pizza from him somewhere he was standing. We simply denied. The order got cancelled and got refunded and then again the delivery boy started arguing that everyone comes to collect it from him and we should’ve also. Like utterly ridiculous.
