The food is nice, but the service has degraded over the years, the table we were sitting at had fly's buzzing around, and when asked to turn the ac on, the staff said they wouldn't be able to do so as the ac's are turned on 6:00pm onwards. So now, while eating, we had to swat off fly's as well! That's the main reason I gave two stars.

3rd class pizza, garlic bread. Earlier they used to have decent amount of panner and cheese on normal pizza and garlic bread. But now there is barely any cheese and panner. It feels like you are eating dry bread. It’s because they want you to order extra cheese for additional cost. Never going to order from here again. They think customers are fool.

Dear Team, This is to bring to your attention that today I placed an order for two pizzas through the Domino's app at 5:21 PM. As per your 30-minute delivery guarantee policy, the order was supposed to be delivered by 5:51 PM. However, I did not receive the order within the promised time frame. Considering the rainy weather, I decided not to claim the late delivery refund, assuming there might be a genuine delay. But to my surprise, around 6:00 PM, when the app showed that the delivery partner was just 5 minutes away, my order was abruptly cancelled without any prior communication. It appears the cancellation was made based on the assumption that I would claim a refund, which is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I value my time, and this experience has not only caused inconvenience but also wasted 45 minutes of my day. I request a proper explanation and compensation for this poor service.
