Placed an order at 12:17 AM. The order was accepted and payment was completed, but later the delivery boy and outlet manager informed me that they don’t deliver to my area at night. If delivery is not possible at that time, the outlet should not accept orders in the first place. This is misleading and a waste of customers’ time. What’s more confusing is that I regularly receive Domino’s deliveries at the same address during daytime without any issue. Very poor coordination and unprofessional handling. Totally unacceptable experience.

I went there & ordered a pizza. They All are casual nothing professional. After 20 minutes of placing order when I asked about it, found that they forgot to prepare the order. Even they don't have given me the order receipt. Mr. Chiranjit Biswas the man was rough& totally unprofessional. Very worst experience from this particular outlet.
