chicken sausage pizza was not available yet they didnt mention it in the app and while serving, they gave a chicken barbecue pizza insteat ... which came out to be 3 chicken bbq and 1 non veg loaded ... i still didnt get the refund as they offered

We ordered a Big Six chicken pizza. The pizza was fine,a bit overpriced though. But some odd situations we had to face there, First there was noone at the ordering counter,we had to call them again and again to take our order, Later when we asked them to turn on the ac as it was very suffocating and hot there,they told us that the acs will be turned on at 6 pm sharp.(It was 5.30 then and 2 of the acs were on,but they were not cooling somehow),which seems very unprofessional behaviour to me.

"I ordered 2 classic pizzas and 1 paneer item. The bill was ₹191, I paid ₹200. The delivery boy did not return the balance ₹9 and left without saying anything. This is unprofessional behavior. Even if the amount is small, customers should be treated with respect and honesty."
