Extremely poor service experience at this outlet. The staff were shouting behind the counter, and at times even used inappropriate language among themselves — very unprofessional behavior for a food establishment. I also noticed one of the staff members sweeping the floor with a broom and then handling pizzas immediately after, without wearing any gloves. In fact, none of the staff preparing food were wearing gloves at all, which raises serious hygiene concerns. The overall cleanliness was very poor — the glass windows were extremely dirty, and the floors were not maintained properly. The food itself was just average, definitely not up to Domino’s usual standards. Additionally, the staff do not clearly mention extra charges even when you order from a deal or offer. You have to keep asking what the additional costs are for, only then do they explain. It’s very misleading and unprofessional. Overall, this branch reflects a complete lack of hygiene, training, and customer care. Highly not recommended.

Very pathetic experience. Ordered at 10.25 PM in app. They took order but didn't delivered food. We waited for one hour. Didn't informed that they couldn't deliver. Tried to call them but they kept it in busy mode.

This has been one of the worst service experiences ever. The staff is highly unprofessional and completely incompetent you order one thing, and they deliver something else ,for their error I have to pay much. Their work is full of errors and imperfections, showing zero concern for customer satisfaction. Trusting them is a mistake I would never repeat.
