the person serving was behaving inappropriately with the kids saying minor slangs and misbehaving with my family. to be more specific... When asked about the time the staff angrily replied that it is not cooked and if he/she wants it now they may serve it as it is with 0% of work done ... means uncooked, as kids were there to place order bill was also not provided to prevent 30 mins delivery policy. even then there is no decorum of behaviour with minors . the aroma was trslash but the behavior ruined the party.

Making pizza without gloves 🫥it's very unhygienic,my1st experience in dominos kasba branch was too bad and the Pizza maker female staff looking very dirty

I had a very disappointing experience with the Domino’s outlet at Chambers Mall. The first pizza delivered was burnt, tasteless, had very few oily toppings, and was delivered late. When I called to complain, a lady at the store assured me they would send a fresh pizza and asked me to return the bad one. I agreed and specifically requested faster delivery this time. She promised it would be delivered much before 30 minutes. Unfortunately, even after repeated follow-ups, the replacement pizza came after an hour. The second pizza was somewhat better, but still not up to Domino’s usual standards. I’ve never had such a bad experience at other Domino’s outlets, but this is the second time I’ve faced poor service from this particular store. It’s also frustrating that the Domino’s app doesn’t show which outlet will fulfill the order. If I had known it was from this outlet, I would not have placed the order at all. Overall, very dissatisfied with this outlet’s service and quality.

“30 mins guarantee delivery” really? We ordered at 3:00pm, it arrived at 5. Manager of the place is extemely disrespectful and speaks rudely, lies about pizza having been handed over to delivery boy, while it hasn’t even been prepared yet. Please if you want a normal meal experience, go to dominos in acropolis, it’s right beside. If you want to shout and be shouted at, go here.
