This Domino’s outlet is an absolute nightmare. I’ve never seen such poor quality food and careless service from a brand that claims to care about customers. The pizza was stone cold, the cheese looked like plastic, and the crust was so hard it could break teeth. The toppings were half missing, and the taste was disgusting — like it had been reheated multiple times. The sides were another joke — soggy, oily, and tasteless. To make it worse, they took forever to deliver, and when I asked for extra tissue, they said it would be chargeable. Seriously? Charging for tissue paper after serving this garbage-quality food? That’s beyond ridiculous. The staff clearly doesn’t care, and the outlet seems totally mismanaged. No hygiene, no manners, no quality — just taking customer money and serving trash. Domino’s should immediately investigate and take strict action against this store before it completely ruins their brand image in this area. This place deserves zero stars. I’ll never order from here again, and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away unless you want to waste your money and spoil your mood. the person serving was behaving inappropriately with the kids saying minor slangs and misbehaving with my family. to be more specific... When asked about the time the staff angrily replied that it is not cooked and if he/she wants it now they may serve it as it is with 0% of work done ... means uncooked, as kids were there to place order bill was also not provided to prevent 30 mins delivery policy. even then there is no decorum of behaviour with minors . the aroma was trslash but the behavior ruined the party.

Making pizza without gloves 🫥it's very unhygienic,my1st experience in dominos kasba branch was too bad and the Pizza maker female staff looking very dirty

Not too good, but not bad also. For some refreshment definately recommended. .. Food was fresh and delicious. ....
