Initially it was okk I ordered sour dough garlic bread it feels like it was not properly cooked and I was right about it ,it gave me stomach ache taste was weird also dough was not fresh it seems

This is the Worst Dominos store ever. Everytime I visit here there is a new kind of disappoint waiting for us. The service is so bad, the staff is not trained at all. They don't know what they have in their menu and what they don't have, they take 20 minutes to take one order and make the bill and that too everytime they need someone else's help to make a bill. The new items in the menu displayed on the tables is never available but the pamphlets are kept on every table. The store it self is so dirty, chairs are broken, used tissues fallen everywhere. Overall a Very very bad experience, not just once but everytime we visit.

Absolutely third class place. No delivery after waiting 1.5 hrs and above all. Stopped picking up their landline so customer cannot ask for their order. Never order prepaid , use COD only.. fraud place

Dear Domino's, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and to file a formal complaint regarding the terrible experience I had at your Domino's, Akash Mall, Kota outlet on 02-10-2025. My order number is 2, placed at approximately 12.04 PM. I visited your store for a takeaway order with my 57 year old mother and my 3 year old daughter. This was a special occasion for us, but it turned into a very distressing experience. After placing the order, we were forced to wait for over an hour for our pizza. The reason given by your staff was that your network and internal systems were not working. What made the situation completely unacceptable was the unprofessional and rude behavior of your staff. When I grew tired of the excessive delay and considered canceling the order, a staff member threatened me by saying that if I canceled, I would forfeit the ₹500 coupon I had used for the payment. This left me with no choice but to wait, feeling helpless and cornered. This entire ordeal was incredibly humiliating for me, especially in front of my elderly mother. More importantly, it caused significant distress to my three-year-old daughter, who had to remain hungry for the entire hour we were forced to wait. To add insult to injury, your staff showed a complete lack of basic courtesy. Not once were we offered a glass of water during this long and frustrating wait; we had to get it ourselves. This level of service is not what anyone expects from a reputable brand like Domino's. I request that you: * Investigate this incident and take appropriate disciplinary action against the staff for their misbehavior and for threatening a customer. * Provide a full refund for my order as compensation for the mental distress, harassment, and humiliation caused to my family. * Ensure your staff is properly trained in customer service, especially in how to handle technical issues and communicate with customers respectfully.
