didn't wanted to give even one star to this outlet because of the horrible behaviour of the staff for order cancellation, they do not have any ethics about how to deal with the customers properly.

Food was good but there was no option to order at the place because there system was not working so we have to order it from our domino's app

My experience at this pizza shop was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is that the cleanliness is absolutely terrible. The tables, floors, and counters are always dirty, as if they are never cleaned properly. The washroom is in an even worse condition—no cleaning, no hygiene, nothing. Seeing such a filthy washroom immediately ruins the customer’s mood. There is also a serious ventilation problem. The place feels smoky, smelly, and hot, making it very uncomfortable to sit and eat. On top of all this, the quality of the pizza is also not good. The taste is bland, the ingredients don’t feel fresh, and overall it does not match the standard you would expect from a pizza shop. Overall, this shop does not take basic hygiene, ventilation, or food quality seriously. I cannot recommend it until they improve these issues.

I have placed an order a couple of days ago, domino’s takes 20 minutes delivery guarantee but that day we kept waiting for 3-4 hours but the order didn’t come. I tried calling on customer care number, store number and communicating on chat but all in vain, nobody was available to take calls or speak on chat, also was unable to cancel the order from my end. And after waiting for 3-4 hours without any communication, order was canceled at midnight. Till today I haven’t received any refund.
