I had a very disappointing experience at the Domino’s Gajraula outlet. The billing was completely unethical – they added charges for a carry bag and tomato ketchup sachet, which i have not asked for. There was no clean or proper menu available to order from; the only paper menu provided was torn and in bad condition. On top of that, the staff behavior was not polite or helpful, which made the experience worse. The pizza itself was below Domino’s usual standards, with noticeably fewer toppings compared to other outlets. Overall, very dissatisfied with both the service and the food quality at this branch. This outlet definitely needs improvement in customer service, billing transparency, and food consistency.

Had worst experiance with Domino's Gajraula. Good Bye Order# 125 was placed on 29th June. Order was delayed by 1 hour. Delivery boy said that he had multiple orders on the same root, so become late. Spoke with support team, Manager Ajay over the call confirmed that oder is delayed and he will place a refund which will be credited in your wallet in 24 hours. Calling continously from last 3 days and they are still lying, making fool of customers by telling different things. After 3 days they straight away said that they has no such policy and it completely depend on situation. Request you to avoid placing online order from Domino's Gajraula.
