I ordered onion pizza and veg parcel chicken parcel... I was not expected veg parcel is totally waste no sauces inside no no cheese inside totally waste both chicken and veg parcel. And for onion pizza they are using mayonise I already tasted dominos so many times but this is worst experience ever...

Dine in service taking more time delivery service even not too much crowd....lol Dominos's staff them fighting and shouting. I asked for feedback form, they (Priyanka) said we don't have feedback form. They are more busy in online order rather than dine in order.

The most pathetic dominos store i have ever visited. The staff, the manager , the treatment to customer , everything is so worst !! We ordered some pizzas with specially mentioning the name , the staff dont understand and selected wrong pizza. When we confronted , instead of accepting and treating us right, both staff and manager misbehaved. Then i also have to counter and make them understand my point. But the manager is so mad and arrogant that he continously keep on arguing and so did we have to do with him. Such ill mannered manager managing the dominos store ,,,, i have pity on the whole staff there and the dominos brand name. At least give training to staff and manager , without customers you are nothing !!! Yes we did argue …. But the manager and staff made us do that !!! Guys do not visit this pathetic store ever …. Take this warning !!! There are other outlets which are good and have great management !!! Boycott this store !!!

One of the worst dominos store in lucknow. The staff and management doesn’t know how to talk and take orders. We simple made order for pizza and specially told the name of pizza but the staff include other pizza in the order and when we reported and asked , they told its not our fault u should have checked. We simply said to cancel the order and they saud its not possible . Unke store manager me bahot rudely kaha nahi ho payega , why should i say sorry, mistake ho jati hai . We also have to argue with staff and manager. This store is pathetic …. Do not visit !!!
