In Dine in I visited this outlet and ordered from my app. After ordering the employee says he can't fulfill the order as they are already taken a big order. I waited 1 hour 30 minutes for my order from Domino’s (IIM Lucknow outlet), even though my house is only 3.6 km away.Finally received a burnt, cold and stale pizza. I raised a complaint immediately; they accepted it and said I would get a call regarding a refund or replacement, but no one contacted me. I tried calling the store three times but no one answered, including Mr. Shashi Prakash. This feels like fraud and extremely poor service.
