I waited 1 hour 30 minutes for my order from Domino’s (IIM Lucknow outlet), even though my house is only 3.6 km away.Finally received a burnt, cold and stale pizza. I raised a complaint immediately; they accepted it and said I would get a call regarding a refund or replacement, but no one contacted me. I tried calling the store three times but no one answered, including Mr. Shashi Prakash. This feels like fraud and extremely poor service.

My order is not delivered even after 60 minutes, and the delivery person is carrying 2 orders at a time and store manager is not answering any of the calls, and the delivery person is saying ki meri kya galti hai( jaise order diya jayega waise delivery hogi). This is my second bad experience from this IIM road , Lucknow store. Please do not order from this store.
