Very pathetic experience,this was my first visit to this newly opened outlet, it took 20 minutes to ready my order no 35 , they displayed that my order is ready but then he told me oh..Sorry mam ..Order is not ready some item is left, then again he asked 5 to 6 minutes the. After 10 minutes it got ready. He charged me Rs 10 for paper bag, but on the paper bag price was printed Rs8/- incl of all taxes. This is abt service then I saw all the cooks preparing pizza and all stuff were not wearing gloves.There was so misunderstanding between staff ,they all were shouting on each other, Team work was very poor. Inspite of asking many times they didn't cleaned the table because same person was taking order. Lastly we takeaway the order to home. After this worst experience I decided not visit this outlet next time.

My whole order was not good cheese was smelling badly also the oil was smelling it was a total waste poora kharab order which I returned to the store
