i ordered for big pizza , they send garbage , and the store woman she is so pathetic her name is archna she talks as if she is giving it for free and the store manager sivit is just the same they dont want to help they just want to humiliate the customer they both hung up the phone and blocked my number and said " dekhte h ab kon deta h refund"

Absolutely pathetic service. First, the pizza was delivered in 40 minutes, but they deliberately marked it as delivered in 30 minutes on the app just to cheat the 30-minute guarantee. The delivery executive didn’t care, and the store manager ignored all my repeated calls. On top of that, I paid extra for two medium cheese burst pizzas and what I got was a scam — no cheese filling at all, just regular sauce stuffed where the cheese was supposed to be. I paid for cheese burst, and this is outright fraud. And still, no one has responded or resolved anything. Shameful and unacceptable.
