First time ever I am disappointed with Dominos pizza. We had a very bad experience with Dominos at City centre mall. Margherita cheese burst Korean chilli it was very messy. We could not finish it and wanted to parcel the remaining. Lady there was not helpful for a ten rupee box she made so much fuss and packed it in the same eating box . Even a beggar is served and treated better Food should be an experience Please train your staff in soft skills and ten rupee box should not spoil our experience. Extremely dissapointing

They served the combo pizza untasty and the lemon chicken was uncooked, odour smell and looks like pacella .we never expected this type of worst food from dominos.

🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 As a big fan of Domino's, I was really disappointed with the experience at the City Mall outlet. There’s only one menu card and a single order counter, which means you first have to wait just to see the menu, and then wait again to place your order. After that, it took 30 minutes to get the simple two pizza prepared. With so many better and quicker options available inside City Mall, this outlet just doesn’t live up to Domino’s usual standard. Definitely not worth the hassle.
