I ordered from Domino’s Benaulim and had a very disappointing experience. They didn’t provide the basic condiments (chilli flakes and oregano) with the order. Even after calling multiple times, the staff didn’t know how to handle the issue and eventually stopped picking up my calls. To make it worse, the Choco Lava Cake was cold and not prepared well – nothing like the usual standard I’ve experienced at other Domino’s outlets. For a brand like Domino’s, I expected much better service and quality. Sadly, this outlet failed on both fronts.

Very disappointing. Dirty place, dry staff, even the pizza tasted different. I doubt I was at Dominos

Food was as per dominos standards. Staff was very slow to take orders, seemed busy with their own mobile phones. Had a poor experience with dine-in because the AC was not running at all. Tables were not very clean either.
