Order No.: 238 Order Time: 12:35 AM Delivery Time: 02:05 AM Amount: Paid online This order was clearly covered under your 30-minute delivery guarantee, yet it was delivered 1 hour and 30 minutes late. To make matters worse, the pizza arrived cold and in an uneatable condition, which is completely unacceptable for a brand like Domino’s that prides itself on quality and service. This experience has not only wasted my money but also caused great inconvenience, especially given the late-night timing.
