Worst pizza, I have ever seen, check out the crust. Check out the cheese check out the sauce nothing is in place. The billing guy was well in Advanced, informed to make the pizza as per SOP, But he didn’t even bother to inform this to the chef, this is what they do everytime time, and when you ask to them, simply slap you with a reply that you will get a replacement of pizza, but the question here is not about getting a replacement but about someone’s value of time and money both, this Has happened multiple times in this restaurant which has forced me to write this review

I ordered the ₹149 chicken rice meal along with a chocolate cake. The food quality was good, but I am extremely disappointed with the staff behavior and overall hygiene. I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes just to get a spoon, but the staff member did not provide one. In the end, I had no option but to tear a pizza box and use it to eat my rice. Even a small roadside dhaba provides a spoon to customers—how can a brand like Domino’s fail at something so basic? What made the experience even worse was the hygiene. While I was eating, a lizard fell near me. This was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. Such poor cleanliness standards from a well-known brand are shocking. This experience was embarrassing and disappointing. Domino’s seriously needs to improve its service and hygiene.

Very bad experience, there was no cleaning there, dinning table was not clean. Food's taste was also bad. Totally wastage of money.

Is there no possibility to have local restaurant's number rather than having international support team's number which goes to BPO and not restaurant? How are we supposed to call and share special instructions with restaurant when food delivery order gets accepted and is placed in midnight?
