Very disappointing experience. My order, which was promised with a 30-minute delivery guarantee, was delayed well beyond that. On top of it, the delivery boy was rude and unprofessional. Needs serious improvement in punctuality and staff behaviour.

Very old Domino’s. Reliable and good quality. But sometimes the food quality is okayish. Pan pizza crust is bad. Classic one and cheese burst is the best!

Found a human hair in the pizza that too by my 6yr old daughter. Tried a lot to contact but was not able to, got connected after a longtime. They told me that I will receive a call from its customer care regarding the complaint in next 10-15 mins but didn't recieved yet. No channel to directly contact them. Very bad service and product. Will surely share this experience with all my charkop community.
