It was a delivery which was done on 12th and on the 21st of August. Late night dinner which was cold and late with the 30 min guarantee on both of the orders. I was assured on both the occasions that I will get a refund of 300 each (total 600) which hasn’t been credited to the dominos wallet or my GPay account. Sad and a big disappointment for people who have supported the franchise in India but it’s time to change. And the pizzas were burnt as well.

Worst Domino's Pizza outlet, staff was rude, one who making pizza is making it without gloves and and biting nails, washed hands after we told her to wash it before making it, insufficient staff at outlet, we had to wait 10/15 minutes just to give our order, cleanliness was also not so good and ac not working.

The food at Domino’s was good as always — fresh, tasty, and consistent with what you expect. However, the service experience could have been better. The staff was not very friendly and it took quite a long time to get the order. A little improvement in customer service and speed would make the overall experience much better.

ghe quality of pizza i had was worst the crust of pizza was not even fluffy and fully baked properly,it was so thin and there was no washroom service but there was only staff and it wasn't even clean

I had ordered 15 pizzas for my office party. Since I was not available during the delivery, my office assistant received the order. However, only 14 pizzas were delivered. When I returned and checked with my staff, they confirmed that the delivery agent had brought just 14. I immediately called the delivery agent, and he admitted right away that one pizza was missing, assuring me that he would deliver it within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, he never turned up. When I called again, he told me he would speak to the outlet manager and arrange a refund. Till date, I have neither received the missing pizza nor the refund. Now, when I try to contact him, he simply asks me to call customer care, saying he cannot do anything. This has been very disappointing and unprofessional.
