Dear Team, Today, I visited Domino’s outlet at Infinity Malad Mall and had a very disappointing experience. I had ordered a meal, and the staff asked me to wait 10 minutes. However, even after waiting 20 minutes, my order was not ready. When I followed up, the staff asked for my order number (15). She then asked me to show it on my phone, and without my consent, she took my phone and gave a 5-star rating for the order herself. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. Not only was my order delayed, but the staff also manipulated the feedback system by taking my phone without permission. This amounts to a fraudulent practice and a breach of customer trust. I request you to take this matter seriously, investigate the incident, and ensure that such practices are stopped immediately. Customers should have the right to provide honest feedback without interference.

Pathetic service, waited for more than 30 mins for a single pizza. They kept the pizza unattended, not even called the number. And started shouting that's it's our responsibility to check whether it is ready or not, we were waiting for their call despite being seated in right front of them, useless of saying anything to them. The lady was literally rude. I don't understand getting so much bad experiences I have seen for these, Domino's is still not bothered to reply, why is this so???
