Dear Domino’s Team, I recently visited your Sion outlet and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The ambience and hygiene at the outlet are very poor, and the cleanliness standards are far below expectations. Despite repeatedly requesting the staff (around 4 times) to clean the dining area and surfaces, no action was taken. Instead, I was given an unacceptable excuse that due to the rainy season, the dining area will remain untidy. Such a response and lack of basic hygiene maintenance are highly disappointing and reflect poorly on the service standards. I request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary corrective measures to ensure better cleanliness and customer experience.
